Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactOkay so im trying to be as least biased as possible being a long time subscriber.
This image evokes a mass of emotions within, dispair, sadness, pain and understanding. The deap stare from the model alone is moving, but the way in which the eyes seem to be swimming in blood which has replaced the tears is very well done. Its not over powering yet, if anything, could be stronger on the models right side. The makeup on her face being pale creates a sense of death or dying and this has been executed brilliantly. The rich red blood running down the models left side is different, usually people would run it down closer to the nose but ibelieve this has payed off and helps 'frame her face' in a way.
